Boyles Ministry Newsletter

March 2007

Dear friends and family,

During the last month we have had several mission teams visit the southern region.  It is very exciting to see God’s work happening here.  There have been three college teams to visit.  Two of them worked in the primary schools in the area.  They had praise and worship, puppet shows, skits and even balloon animals!  Two of the teams taught the Religious Studies classes at the high school.  One of them had nurses on their team who held a meeting to talk to girls about STD’s and sex before marriage.

Another team to work in the area this month was Doug Noteboom’s team from South Dakota.  They were a team of 6 men prepared to install a drop ceiling, lighting, and fans at the San Juan Baptist Church.  They also painted the inside of the church, ran electrical, and painted Chester and Noelia’s house.  The church looks wonderful!  They did an excellent job.  The San Juan Church also has a new pastor, Katalino Lima Aquire, pictured below with the team. The church is really thriving.

Junior Camp and Youth Camp will take place July 9th - 20th.  A lot was accomplished at our first planning meeting.  We agreed the theme will be “Live Out Loud for Christ.”  The theme song is “Live Out Loud” by Steven Curtis Chapman.  Jeff will be preaching once each week and I have volunteered to teach and plan crafts.  This is an exciting time for the youth in the region.  We are hoping they walk away from camp with a new attitude about their day-to-day walk with Christ.  If you have any ideas, please send them our way.

Jeff and I are enjoying teaching Sunday school at Mount Zion.  Jeff also works with the youth on Friday nights in San Juan.  Their group has grown quite a bit in the last couple of months.  My ladies classes and classes with the children in the village are also going well.  Please continue to pray for these ministries.

Continue to pray for the land for the children’s home.  Pray that we can maintain patience and a good attitude.  It is difficult sometimes not to be discouraged when things do not go our way.  We know God’s timing is perfect, and the project will take off when He is ready.

We are anxious to get to see as many of you as possible when we get home!

In Christ,

Jeff, Tiffany, and Ann Marie
